Pioneering spirit and experience

The Way to Work approach builds on over 25 years of experience and expertise from emotions in the development, continuous optimisation and integration of tailored and adaptable intranet solutions. As early as the late 1990s, the founders Mirco Schmid and Andy Gebert recognised the potential of the internet and have been successfully guiding companies into the digital future ever since.
